The Measures of Instructional Leadership Expertise (MILE™) online assessment gives you valid, independent data on the strengths and growth areas of your school leaders — so you can target professional learning that leads to stronger teaching and more equitable student outcomes.
Developed by the University of Washington Center for Educational Leadership, MILE™ uses a research-validated rubric to assess the real-world thinking and decision-making of school leaders.
WHAT YOU GET WITH A MILE™ LICENSE
Licensing MILE™ gives your organization full access to administer the assessment and use the results for development planning.
Your license includes:
- Online flexible access to the MILE™ assessment
- Individual reports for each participant
- Group & Individual data for the district
- Final presentation of results
Participants can include principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, instructional coaches, principal supervisors, and central office leaders.
