AIMS Caseload Tracker

Technology No. 48049

The AIMS Caseload Tracker is a secure web-based registry for managing behavioral health caseloads in integrated care settings. It is used alongside your Electronic Health Record to provide powerful tracking and reporting functions. More information about can be found on the AIMS Center website.

Please Note: This agreement must be fully executed without modification by the health care organization choosing to use the AIMS Caseload Tracker prior to gaining access or entering data into the application. The agreement includes a Business Associate Agreement in Exhibit A to protect patient privacy. Ownership of all patient data entered into the software is retained by the licensee.

If you would like to pre-pay for multiple years upfront, please email license@uw.edu to request an amendment to extend the agreement, which can be completed by email. Pre-payment of fees is permitted for up to five (5) years.

International Requests:

University of Washington agreements require additional review if the requesting entity is located in, or affiliated with the government of, China (Including Hong Kong; not including Taiwan), Iran, North Korea, Russia, or Syria. For requests from these countries, please allow for an additional month of processing time for a response.

AIMS Caseload Tracker Standard License

To license this product, please select the "ACT Standard License" agreement at the right. Terms can be previewed from the "Preview terms" link.  Further instructions are provided therein.

Please Note: License fees are based upon the anticipated number of user login accounts needed for your program. Users typically include behavioral health providers, care managers, psychiatry providers, behavioral health supervisors and other administrators. There are four tiers for this license as shown at right: 1-5, 6-15, 16-30 or 31-50 users, with a maximum of 50 users. On the next screen, you will need to enter your anticipated number of users to see the associated cost.

AIMS Caseload Tracker Discounted License

To license this product on behalf of a qualified non-profit safety net organization, please select the "ACT Discounted License" agreement at right.  Terms can be previewed from the "Preview terms" link.  Further instructions are provided therein.
