Document Assessment and Review Tool (DART) (WERT)
The Document Assessment and Review Tool (DART) is a measure of adherence to indicators of high-quality, model-adherent Wraparound practice as found in supporting documentation (via paper files or electronic sources) created throughout the Wraparound process. The DART also includes measures of Wraparound process timeliness and youth outcomes and DART licensees receive access to WrapStat (the next generation version of WrapTrack), an online data entry and reporting system that supports use of the WFAS instruments.
The DART is an instrument of the Wraparound Fidelity Assessment System (WFAS), a multi-method approach to assessing the quality of individualized care coordination for youth with complex needs and their families. The WFAS was developed by the Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team (WERT) within the UW School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
