PyRosetta

PyRosetta is a version of Rosetta implemented with a Python interface and developed primarily by Jeffrey Gray's Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University.

PyRosetta is available for Mac (64-Bit OS X v10.5+) and Linux (64-Bit Red Hat and 64-Bit Ubuntu) platforms in continuous release versions. 64-Bit Windows-7 are also available.

PyRosetta Software Site License (200+) – First Time Licensee Commercial

For a download of PyRosetta (200+) : For companies with global full time employees above 200 and have no prior license to Software – these will qualify for the ramp fee structure -- 30% Annual License Fee for the first year and full rate every year after.

**Please note that the pricing is not based on the number of users, but the total number of FTEs at the company, globally. We do not review or accept changes to the language in the license agreement, including but not limited to annual license fees. The license agreement is to be signed as-is after company information is filled in.
