Spirometry 360®, Express, Provider Plus
Spirometry 360 offers comprehensive, interactive, and evidence-based online programs to train test administrators and clinical providers to perform and interpret high-quality spirometry tests in order to identify asthma and COPD. Each course is designed to fit into your team’s busy schedule by allowing you to complete the material at your own pace. Learn how to effectively use your spirometer as a pulmonary function testing (PFT) tool to improve respiratory care for your patients in the primary care setting. The current version of Spirometry 360® is not compatible with mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers. A desktop or notebook computer with a high speed Internet connection is required to use the software.

Spirometry 360® Express
Spirometry 360® Express is an educational and skill-improvement program that employs a variety of training techniques yet is focused and flexible enough to fit into providers' busy schedules. The program is comprised of three synergistic components:
1. Spirometry Fundamentals: A basic guide to lung function testing
2. Spirometry Learning Lab: Case-based teaching of spirometry in practice
a. Coach 1: Performing a Good Maneuver: Learn how to perform a good maneuver. Learning objectives are based on the American Thoracic Society guidelines for performing good quality spirometry.
b. Coach 2: Fixing Common Errors: Learn how to recognize common errors and how to correct them, using simple and patient-centric approaches.
3. Spirometry Feedback: Personalized analysis of providers' spirometry curves
Spirometry 360® Express - Provider Plus
If you are interested in learning about spirometry interpretation, Spirometry 360 - Express Plus offers the addition of the Provider and Provider/Coach Combined Learning Labs to the Spirometry 360 Express course.
Provider: Interpreting Spirometry Results: Learn how to evaluate normal and abnormal spirometry for providers who will be interpreting the test and making clinical decisions. The learning objectives include how to recognize a good quality test, how to distinguish normal lung function from obstruction, how to recognize reversible obstruction, and when referral for further evaluation is appropriate.
Provider/Coach Combined: Putting Spirometry into Practice: Learn how to incorporate spirometry into a primary care-based planned visit model. Using proven strategies for quality improvement and system change, participants are given a variety of Guidelines-based resources to accomplish this aim. Clinical guidelines for asthma and COPD are also reviewed.

Spirometry Learning Lab License:
Spirometry Learning Lab is a comprehensive, case-based teaching of office spirometry in a virtual classroom setting. Learning Lab sessions, designed for audience participation, provide an interactive forum to facilitate a deeper understanding of key concepts. Sessions are recorded for future reference and review.
